In 2020 we were forced to celebrate many holidays at home. Lucky me I'm always ready. I literally have a room and hallway closet full of props, cake stand etc. For Cinco de mayo I decided to go with a pink avocado theme. We had braised short rib tacos, chips and queso and everything else in between.
